The Dog River Howlers

The Dog River Howlers have again been invited to compete in the Heidelberg International Junior 7’s (Germany) on June 7 & 8 . U-16 national and provincial representative teams from across Europe are taking part of this tournament that last year the Howlers defeated the Romanian U-16 National Team to win the bronze medal. The Comite Midi-Pyrenees (Toulouse Provincial Side) is also returning to defend their 2012 championship.

Welcome to the homepage of the SAS Institute Heidelberg Junior Sevens

The tournament will take place on Saturday 8th June until Sunday 9th June 2013 in the Fritz Grunebaum Sportpark, Harbigweg 9, Kirchheim, 69124 Heidelberg and is open to teams with players born in 1997 and 1998.

The following teams have  registered:

The national teams of Monaco, Netherlands
Selection sides from: Alpes-Maritimes,Midi-Pyrennes, Lorraine, Saskatchewan(Canada)
German selection sides: RBW, NRW.
(Places for all the above teams have been reserved in the Heidelberg Youth Hostel)
Teams expected:  Hesse, NRJ, Berlin, and others
